Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Every Ion subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to services until that period concludes.

Refund Eligibility

• Initial Consultation: If you are not approved for treatment by a licensed provider, you may request a full refund of your initial consultation fee within 14 days.
• Monthly Subscriptions: Unused months may be eligible for prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis.
• Medication Issues: If medication arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used medications (for safety reasons).
• Shipping fees for returned items.
• Provider consultation fees after services have been rendered.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends entirely on your financial institution.
