By accessing or using the Every Ion website, platform, or telehealth services, you agree to be bound by these every ion terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access the platform.

2. Telehealth Services

Every Ion provides a platform that connects users with independently licensed medical providers. All medical decisions, including prescriptions and treatment plans, are made solely by the licensed provider. Every Ion does not practice medicine and does not interfere with provider judgment.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a state where we operate. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current medical information during your assessment.

4. Prescriptions and Medications

Prescriptions are issued only after an online consultation with an independent licensed provider. Compounded medications are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies but are not FDA-approved. Results may vary.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected program. Subscription fees are billed monthly unless canceled. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Every Ion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
